Kaufman ISD Board of Trustees

With students as their primary focus, the Kaufman ISD Board of Trustees members are responsible for the policy direction and governance of the district. The Kaufman ISD Board of Trustees is composed of seven members who are elected annually and serve three-year terms without compensation. The Board of Trustees members must be registered voters and reside within the school district.

The Kaufman ISD Board of Trustees functions under the laws of the State of Texas in establishing district policy. Board Meetings are open to the public except for designated executive sessions held in accordance with Texas Open Meeting Laws.
