Library

The mission of Phillips Elementary Library is to assist our students and staff in becoming effective finders and users of ideas and information. The library provides services and materials that support the district and school curriculum, the teachers, and the individual needs and wants of students. The library strives to foster information literacy, promote growth in knowledge, and encourage a love of reading.
