On behalf of the Board of Trustees and the faculty and staff of Kaufman ISD, I would like to welcome you to our website!

We encourage you to visit our site frequently as we post information regarding district business, student achievement, and school events throughout the year.

John Dewey, one of the fathers of education in America, said, “What the best and wisest parent wants for his own child, must be what the community wants for all its children.”  I am honored to be part of a district that values each child and wants the best for them.

It is our expectation that students will be safe and successful in the classroom, on the playing field, and in life. This expectation defines and focuses our efforts as a school district. Highly qualified teachers, administrators, and staff work daily to help students mature, develop self-discipline, and LEARN!   When this effort is supported by parents and the community - success always follows.
