Homework :  Students do have homework Monday through Thursday.  If you ask your child if they have homework and you get a "no" then please remind them that they must practice their spelling words for 10 minutes.  They will have a list of these words in their take home folders.  They also must read for 15 minutes a night.   Math homework will be to practice studying their multiplication tables with them.  You can do this with flash cards or have the students write them down.  Please start with the one's and two's and work your child up to the twelves.  This will be something that will take a lot of repetition and time so please start now so that they will know them by April, when they take the Math TAKS test.  .
