A bit more about me
What would you like to know about me? Well, I grew up in the thriving metropolis of Kaufman, Texas. Basically my whole family is from Kaufman and always has been. After making my way through the KISD school system, I graduated from good ole Kaufman High in 1999. "Oh Kaufman Lions forever..." After high school, I moved down to College Station where I started my degree at Texas A&M University. (As a side note... college is awesome... everyone should work hard to get there... you'll have some of the best times of your life...) I worked my way through college and graduated in the Fighting Texas Aggie Class of 2003. Whoop!!! After college, I moved to the small East Texas town of Van and became the youth pastor of Pruitt Baptist Church. Soon after, I married my high school sweetheart. I'm still n o t sure
how I lucked my way into that one. After a few years in Van, my wife an d I moved back home to Kaufman, and I took the youth pastor position at First Baptist Church. In the summer of 2007, my wife and I discovered that we would be parents, and I decided that I would love to pursue a job in the education field. I began teaching in January of 2008 at OP Norman Jr High and have loved every minute. In February of 2008 my wife and I had a little girl, Macie Grace Miller. She is the sweetest little thing that you have ever seen. Now, it seems my days are spent either with my family, at the school, or trying to squeeze a little golf in on the side. Well, that's it. If you'd like to know anything else, swing by and ask.
