English 3 Assignments
Students are required to keep a journal in English 3 and the first 10 minutes of class each Tuesday and Thursday are devoted to writing in journals. Journal entries are used as a test grade each 6 weeks.
The first 6 weeks of English 3 are primarily grammar based. We have been focusing on nouns, pronouns, verbs, and adjectives.
Spelling is a very important part of English 3. Students are given a list of 25 spelling words each Monday and they are tested over these words each Friday
The C-Scope assessment will be given each 6 weeks. The first assessment is Sept. 25-26.
